A federal district court for the Southern District of Texas granted an insurer's motion for partial summary judgment, holding that evidence of a bona fide coverage dispute precluded the insured homeowners' extra-contractual claims sounding in bad faith and alleged violations of the Texas Insurance Code and the DTPA.
