Court reversed denial of insurer’s motion for summary judgment and rendered take-nothing judgment on insured’s claim for uninsured/underinsured motorist benefits, where Policy’s UM/UIM provision defined “uninsured vehicle” to specifically exclude vehicle driven by officer and owned by constable’s office as a vehicle “owned by any governmental unit or agency" which applies whether insured seeks uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage.
